Lambrate Ausfahrt - Canned Beer

A Bavaria inspired lager fermented with Frisinga yeast. Malt only from the RHÖN-MALZ GmbH family business in Mellrichstadt, the area where, historically, much of the barley for beer production was grown. German hops Northern Brewer, Tettnanger and the new Diamant strain selected by the Hop Research Center in Hüll; water with a particular saline profile that highlights the clean fermentation esters and the aromas of the German hops.
